PRIVACY POLICY

Your privacy matters. Here's how we handle your information.

Effective date: August 29, 2026

1. Introduction

Rafael Angarita(“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates rafaelangarita.com(the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit the Site.

2. Information We Collect

Information You Provide

  • Forms and applications: details you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, company or team name, role, website, team size, business stage, goals, budget, timeline, and message or application answers.
  • Newsletter signup: email address and, optionally, your first name.
  • Resources and purchases: email address, order and fulfillment details, and information needed to provide a free or paid digital product. Stripe processes payment-card and bank information; we do not receive complete payment credentials.

Information Collected Automatically

  • Necessary site and attribution data: the Site may store a first-touch source, campaign parameters, your privacy choice, and temporary form or interaction state. These help the Site function, preserve a form in progress, and identify how a submitted inquiry reached us.
  • Optional analytics and advertising data: if you accept optional tracking, we may collect pages viewed, interactions, referral and campaign information, browser and device information, approximate location, and analytics or advertising identifiers through Google, Meta, and Vercel tools.
  • Log data: IP address, browser type, and access times collected automatically by our hosting provider.

When optional advertising measurement is accepted, limited contact, device, and conversion information may be sent to Meta to measure campaigns. Contact information sent for matching is transformed by the integration before transmission.

5. Cookies

The Site uses first-party cookies or browser storage for necessary functions such as source attribution, campaign parameters, privacy preferences, application progress, and administrative login. If you accept optional tracking, Google and Meta may also set analytics or advertising cookies, and Vercel analytics tools may collect usage and performance data.

Optional tracking is off until you accept it. You can change or withdraw that choice at any time using . Withdrawing consent removes known optional tracking cookies from this domain and reloads the page so those tools stop running. You can also clear stored data in your browser settings.
