AI-Powered Content System Build

Turn your team's expertise into a repeatable content workflow that produces consistent, on-brand output without rebuilding the process every week.

14 days

post-launch stabilization

$10,000 fixed. One team, one brand, one accountable internal owner. Fit is confirmed on a 30-minute review before any invoice is issued.

Rafael Angarita running a working session with a team

Built inside the team's operation, documented, and handed to the owner who runs it.

What gets installed

9 deliverables, fixed and listed in full.

Marketing and content strategy

What the team should say, to whom, and why it earns attention in your market.

Audience, message, pillars, formats, and channels

The content architecture: who you are speaking to, the recurring themes, and where each format belongs.

Brand voice and expertise knowledge base

Your team's market knowledge and voice captured as a reusable source the workflows draw on, instead of living in one person's head.

AI-assisted idea capture and drafting workflow

A defined path from a raw observation to an on-brand draft, without starting from a blank page.

AI-assisted repurposing and distribution workflow

One piece of thinking becomes the formats each channel needs, on a repeatable path.

Editorial calendar and approval process

A plan the team works from, and an approval path that does not stall in a group chat.

Roles, ownership, and operating cadence

Who does what, when, and what happens in a busy week. Named owners, not a suggested process.

Documentation and one team-training session

The system written down, plus a live session so the team can actually run it.

14 days of post-launch stabilization

Two weeks of adjustment after launch, while the workflows meet real conditions.

What this is not

The boundary is published, not implied.

A fixed price only stays fixed if the edges are stated up front. These 7 items are outside the scope of this build.

  • Ongoing content production
  • Social-media management
  • Paid-media management
  • Website rebuilds
  • Full CRM replacement or migration
  • Custom application development outside the two defined workflows
  • Guaranteed leads, appointments, or revenue

Anything beyond this scope routes to the Custom Marketing Operations Build.

That is a custom $25k–$90k engagement over 60–90 days, scoped to one measurable constraint. Which path applies is a finding, not a preference.

How it works

From reading the scope to owning the system.

  1. 1

    Read the scope

The deliverables and exclusions are fixed and listed in full. Confirm the boundary fits before going further.

  2. 2

    Submit a short team-fit application

Your team, the internal owner who will run the workflows, what you produce today, and how approvals work.

  3. 3

    Take a 30-minute Implementation Review

We confirm fit, ownership, access, and scope, and whether the fixed build actually covers the constraint.

  4. 4

Receive an SOW and a fixed invoice

$10,000, invoiced only after the review. There is no self-serve checkout at this tier, by design.

  5. 5

    Onboard and build

A 30-day implementation, then 14 days of stabilization, ending with the team owning the system.

No self-serve checkout.

Read the scope, submit a team-fit application, take the 30-minute Implementation Review, then receive an SOW and a fixed $10,000 invoice. Nothing is invoiced until scope is confirmed.

Before you apply

The questions teams ask first.

Why is there no self-serve checkout?
The scope is fixed, so fit has to be confirmed before the work is priced. The 30-minute Implementation Review checks the internal owner, the access required, and whether this fixed scope actually covers your constraint. An SOW and a $10,000 invoice follow only after that. Letting a team buy first would let it pay for a system that does not match its problem.
Who owns the workflows after handoff?
Your team does. The build ends with the system documented, owners named, an approval path defined, and one live team-training session, so the workflows run inside your operation instead of depending on an outside operator. The 14 days of stabilization exist so the team is operating them under real conditions before the engagement closes.
What happens if we need something outside the fixed scope?
The exclusions are published in full rather than discovered later. Anything beyond this scope routes to the Custom Marketing Operations Build. The boundary is what makes the price fixed instead of a range.
Is this a retainer, a subscription, or ongoing production?
None of those. It is a one-time, fixed-scope implementation. Ongoing content production, social-media management, and paid-media management all sit outside the scope. What the team keeps is the strategy, the workflows, the documentation, and the ownership.
Who needs to be involved on our side?
One team, one brand, and one accountable internal owner who will run the workflows after handoff. Without a named owner the system has nowhere to live, which is why fit is confirmed on the review before any invoice is issued.
Does the Marketing & Content Strategy Intensive fee apply to this?
Yes. The full $500 Intensive fee is credited toward a qualifying implementation engagement booked within 30 days.

Team fit review

Confirm the fit before anything is invoiced.

The application is short: your team, the internal owner who will run the workflows, what you produce today, and how approvals work. It leads to a 30-minute review, not a checkout.
